Our story
A new standard in considered renovation
Albanoi was founded in 2025 by a small team of craftspeople and project managers who believed that luxury renovation had lost its way — that the industry had become too focused on speed and volume, and not enough on the quality of the work and the experience of the client.
We set out to do things differently. We take on a limited number of commissions each year, working only with clients who share our belief that a home should be built to last — that the materials, the details, and the relationships that go into a renovation matter as much as the finished result.
Today, Albanoi is trusted by some of London's most discerning homeowners. Our portfolio spans Mayfair townhouses and Notting Hill residences to Chelsea apartments and Belgravia family homes. Every project is different. Every approach is bespoke.
